At Project Torque, we want you to be fully satisfied with your high-performance apparel. If your gear doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the garment is in its original, unworn condition.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal, then drop off your package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return for quality assurance, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
